• Chorus Muscat Moelleux NV Very fine, ripe dessert wine with a sultry, soft, mouth-watering structure. It has beautifully retained its freshness, a dashing nose and typical Muscat character. Lots of juice and sufficient acidity. The wine is made from 'Late harvest' grapes, hand-selected. The grapes are dried on the vine, just like Spätlese and Auslese, the fermentation is controlled and stopped in time, so that the residual sugar determines the sweetness of the wine. Made from 100% Muscat Petit Grains , also called ' Muscat de Frontignan '. In Italy you will find it as the ' Moscato '.
  
  Story behind the label: 'Chorus' Muscat, a 'play' of aromas, named by the Bardou family of winemakers to emphasise the subtle interplay of fruit aromas and acidity.
• Sweet and Fortified Wines - Ripe, sweet . Fresh sweet Muscat with a bright, golden yellow color. The nose is fresh, elegant, intense and complex with aromas of white flowers and mint mixed with peach and citrus fruits. Full, creamy taste with an accent on orange and citrus.
• Our sommeliers advise: Nice combination with fried foie gras and hard cheeses with compote, blue cheeses. Also a perfect combination with warm preparations of chocolate and creamy desserts with nuts (almonds).

• Riesling Auslese: Beautiful example of how beautiful an Auslese wine can be. Ripe, spicy and drinkable with a full mouthfeel. Great value for money!
  
  
• Sweet and Fortified Wines - Ripe, sweet . Golden yellow colour with a nose of passion fruit and mango. The taste is refined with passion fruit again and a fine underlying acidity. Fullness all the way. Very well made.

• Pinot Blanc Auslese: Powerful, ripe and full, characteristic taste. After fermentation, another 10 months of wood maturation, to obtain the fruit aromas and beautiful structure that makes this wine so elegant. Light botrytis (noble rot) of the grapes before fermentation gives the wine extra refinement. Made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes. In Austria this grape is called Weißburgunder .
  
  Story behind the label: Austrian Auslese, originating from the Grenzhof-Fiedler wine estate. 'Auslese', literally translated means 'picking out/selecting out'; ripe grapes are selectively picked by hand, less good grapes are removed from the bunches in order to keep the best of the best for fermentation. Auslese is a predicate in Germany; Qualitätswein mit Prädikat guarantees a certain ripeness of the grapes at the time of picking.
• Sweet and Fortified Wines - Ripe, sweet . Rich, fresh botrytis aromas, in the taste many ripe flavors with minerals and digestibility. Perfect balance between sweet and sour. Very gastronomic!

• Riesling Auslese 'Brauneberger Juffer': Very elegant Auslese made from the noble Riesling grape. Textbook example and very characteristic for a Mosel-typical Auslese, made from 100% Riesling .
