Vinho Verde Raza Branco

Quinta da Raza, Minho, Portugal

Click here for the wine technique

  • Winemaking: Traditional preparation (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation). Made from the Portuguese local grapes Arinto and Azal.
  • White wine - Fresh, fruity and juicy . Playful, fresh dry wine with an accent on citrus fruit. Refreshing taste with a mild spiciness. A light sparkle, originating from a percentage of carbon dioxide that is added to the wine just before bottling, accentuates the playful character. Serve well, cool so that the fresh acidity comes into its own.
  • Our sommeliers recommend: Suitable as an aperitif, with raw, lightly grilled and mi-cuit preparations of fish with an emphasis on freshness, raw and cooked shellfish with citrus and raw and dried meat. Also good with salads with vinaigrette, raw and cooked vegetables and fresh goat cheeses. TIP : For a change, try this Portuguese with grilled sardines, fried calamari, marinated olives and antipasti.

Dit is een hele mooie zomerse rosé die het goed doet op een tuinfeest, een bbq maar ook gezellig met vrienden achter in de tuin. Kleine hapjes erbij en genieten!
