JEAN BARIN: THE WHITE MOUNTAINS IN THE WESTERN CAPE

The Western Cape region is one of the nine provinces of South Africa . The capital is Cape Town. The soil consists of sand, clay and limestone. The climate is generally mild with warm summers and cool winters. Rainfall varies considerably in this province.
