Joya Tinto. This is really a red wine that you should not miss. Rich in everything; spiciness, body, suppleness, roundness and beautiful integrated tannins. Made from the red grape varieties Castelão, Touriga Franca, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah , according to traditional red wine making (picking, pressing, fermentation, maturation). SUPER price / quality ratio.

Story behind the label: The 'jewel' ('Joya' in Portuguese) of the Santos Lima wine estate.
Red wine - Ripe, spicy and intense. Aromatic rich red wine, in which ripe spicy fruit can be detected in both the smell and the taste. Nuances of caramel and salmiak from wood maturation give the wine an extra dimension. It is recommended to serve this wine slightly chilled 15-16 °C.

Combines well with slow-cooked meat and stews with cooked vegetables, spicy spareribs and BBQ dishes, roasted and candied red poultry (e.g. duck) with a creamy sauce and lightly grilled and fried red meat (bavette, entrecote) with a creamy sauce and spicy notes. Also with lamb back, fillet, saddle and leg, fried or grilled Iberian pork with a creamy sauce and mature flavours and accessible hard old cheeses with compote.
