Shiraz, The Signal Post. Classic Shiraz from Australia. Smooth glass of wine with a slightly peppery character. Made according to traditional winemaking (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation). Made from 100% Shiraz .
Red wine - Ripe, spicy and intense. Aromas of raspberries, mulberries and blackcurrants, with a hint of white pepper and lavender. The red fruit returns in the taste, complemented by subtle sweet vanilla tones. Ripe tannin structure and a sultry character.

Good with stews with ripe notes, game dishes with spicy notes and red fruit, grilled and roasted rib steak with creamy sauce and cooked vegetables. Also nice with Dry Aged red meat with spicy notes and rich dishes from the BBQ.
