  • THREE, Merlot/ Cab Sauvignon/ Cab Franc. Traditional (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation) and 18 months maturation in French oak barrels.
  • Red wine - Powerful, complex and full. Classic, ripe aroma. Lots of black fruit and light spiciness. Good ripe Merlot flavour supported by the intensity of the Cabernet grapes. Finely supported wood use. Lots of power and concentration in the aftertaste. Good!

  • Our sommeliers recommend: Rich stews with deep flavours, hearty game dishes and roast and grilled rib steak with a strong sauce, Dry Aged red meat with roasted notes and rich BBQ dishes.
